The Med City Freeze is a full contact 9-man Minor League football team based out of Rochester, MN. We made our debut in the Spring of 2016. We are a team in the SPFL. It has been a dream of ours for a few years now  to bring back amateur football to the city of Rochester and the surrounding communities and to create a safe, fun and exciting environment that the fans can be proud of. The community has shown major support to the Med City Freeze and interest in bringing football back to Rochester. We are going to be very hands on with our community, and will have multiple events for kids, such as football camps hosted by Freeze players and other community projects. Having a awesome community in Rochester and the surrounding areas, will make this bigger and better than we originally anticipated. We are so excited that it's beginning to all come together!
